Hatha Yoga
Slow, intentional postures at the core of every practice.

About this class
Hatha is where breath and posture first learn to move together. Each pose is held long enough to actually feel it — in the muscle, in the breath, in the quiet moment right before you want to give up.
It's slower than Vinyasa and less intense than Power Yoga, which makes it the class we recommend first — for total beginners and for anyone who wants to return to fundamentals.
