Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. Every class is taught with modifications for first-timers, and instructors check in before you begin. Most of our members had never touched a mat before their first session.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided at no extra cost — though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
How small are your classes, really?
We cap every class at 12 to 14 students, regardless of style or time slot. It's a deliberate limit, not a marketing line — it's what lets instructors actually teach, not just lead.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. You can pause a membership for travel or injury with no penalty, and cancellations just need seven days' notice. No long contracts, no hidden fees.
Do you offer online or livestream classes?
Yes — every in-studio class is livestreamed, and our full session library is available on demand for members who can't always make it in person.
Is Vayura tied to a specific belief system?
No. Our approach is rooted in breath and movement, not any particular tradition or belief. Students from every background practice here, side by side.
