About this class

Power Yoga takes familiar postures and raises the stakes — faster transitions, longer holds in strength-based shapes, and a pace that asks more of your breath and focus. It's still yoga, not a workout class wearing yoga's name.

Best suited to students who already have a steady foundation — we'll ask you to move quickly, and your body should already know the basic shapes.

What to expect

0–10 min

Dynamic warm-up

A stronger, sweat-driven practice built from classic postures and pace.

10–40 min

Strength-based sequences

Longer holds in arm balances, core work, and standing postures.

40–50 min

Brief cool-down

A short stillness practice, just enough to come back down.
