Yin Yoga
Long, supported holds that work deep into connective tissue and stillness.

About this class
Yin asks you to do less, for longer — postures held for two to five minutes at a time, supported by props so muscles can fully release. It works the connective tissue that faster styles never quite reach.
It's often harder than it sounds. Staying still with your own thoughts for five minutes can be more demanding than any flow sequence.

Why students choose Yin
Reaches the deep tissue and joints other styles move past too quickly.
A genuine practice in sitting with discomfort, not just stretching.
Pairs well as a recovery day alongside more active styles.
Often the class that finally helps people sleep properly.
